My client, an extremely well known organisation, is currently looking for a Business Process Manager to join their team on a large program of work that involves transforming the company system platforms, processes and people. 

The role will see you:
• Develop & enhance the overarching business process architecture & design framework
• Develop the business process definition and implementation methodology, approach, standards and tools
• Participate in scoping and planning activities to ensure the  required business process definition and implementation requirements are addressed
• Manage resource assignment and demand vs capacity
• Educate stakeholders, business & technology on business process design and implementation
• Review "as is" business processes and develop the required "to be" business process definitions, process flows & operating procedures.
  
You will bring to the role:
• Expert level skills in Business Process Mapping tools (VISIO or equivalent)
• Accreditations in Business Process Modeling, Business Process Mapping and/or business analysis
• Previous experience developing business process frameworks; developing process documentation standards and in developing policies and business rules 
• Previous experience engineering processes in cross functional and multi-location or global organizations
• Experience identifying and documenting business improvement opportunities
