Our client is a large organisation based in the CBD.

This role has been created as part of a wide program focused on risk management and minimising data security exposure

This role will work closely with the wider business to assess current  information security risk posture as well as defining controls to address potential risks and assist in implementing controls.

The role is about creating awareness and educating  the Business on risk management, data protection and working with them to analyse current processes and identifying new processes to protect the  personal data of the community they serve and assist as well as putting in place relevant change management inititiatives.



This role will require outstanding interpersonal  and communication skills and the ability to influence outcomes and change behaviours as well as liaising with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.

In this role you will:
  • Work closely with the business to assess current risk as well as identify controls to address current and future risks 
  • Assist with gathering information related to processes, technology, people (discovery)
  • Facilitate training and change  sessions to address risk mitigation practices
  • Assist with setting up and educating on program Governance
  • Assist the business with embedding Information Management processes utilising a template
Knowledge of Agile principals would be highly regarded 

Some interstate travel will be required as well as the ability to operate between 2 main locations (both accessible by  public transport)
