This role will commence as an initial 6 month contract, with strong potential to extend or look at permanent opportunities. It represents the perfect opportunity to work with a large multinational and show them what you can do! 

The Senior Site Engineer will be the technical lead and SME for all site related operations, procedures and small projects. The role will also be providing 1st and 2nd line support and step up to tackle complex problems. It will suit a self driven, motivated person who can show willingness and aptitude around problem solving. 

The successful person will have accountability across customer service delivery, knowledge base management and continual service delivery.  Ideally, you should be able to demonstrate the following experience: 
  • 5-7 years experience in IT Service Support
  • Strong technical background in Outlook, AD, Windows OS and MS Office365
  • Exceptional customer service ethos and sparkling communication skills
