Our Sydney CBD based Client is seeking a very customer service focused Service Desk Analyst to join their busy team 

This contract role will see you working across the business supporting head office users along with multiple sites across the region during  a very busy project phase

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated IT Helpdesk/IT Service Desk experience in a Windows based enterprise  environment.

Essential skills include:-
  • Phone and email support in busy corporate environment 
  • Experience supporting Windows based environments
  • MS-Office user support
  • Active Directory Administration
  • Exchange support/admin
  • Mac skills would be nice
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the business
  • Sound documentation skills
  • Customer service and delivery focused
