A public listed global organisation is looking for a Senior Service Desk Analyst to join its service desk team in providing Level 2 and Level 3 IT support to its users across Australia.

You will be responsible for mostly level 2/3 support and at times may need to assist in level 1 support if there's an overflow of incidents.

The technology platform include:-
  • Windows 7 - 10
  • Active Directory
  • Office 365
  • Outlook
  • SCCM
  • MS Office suites
  • Windows Server 2010/2012
  • Networking - DNS, DHCP, network packet tracking
  • Cisco VoIP phone system

You will have at least 4 years of IT and application support experience in a large environment. You will also need to have a valid driver's license.

This is an initial contract role till end of June 2018 with likely extension or a possibility of conversion to permanent.
