Our Sydney CBD based Client is seeking a very customer service focused Service Desk Analyst to join their busy IT Support team.

This contract role will see you providing phone based IT support to head office users.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated IT Helpdesk/IT Service Desk experience in a Windows based enterprise  environment.

Essential skills include:-
  • Phone and email support in busy corporate environment 
  • Experience supporting Windows based environments
  • MS-Office , Office 365 user support
  • Active Directory basic Administration
  • Exchange support/admin
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the business
  • Sound documentation skills
  • Customer service and delivery focused
This role has IMMEDIATE start and will run for an initial  8 weeks period.
