Prestigious Australian IT company is going through a company wide multi-city IT infrastructure transformation. Hired candidate will manage every aspect of transformation with a focus on user experience and acceptance. Manage organisational change in the context of project execution such as transformation to Dynamic 365. He/She will be a champion of change.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and interviews to ensure that project/stakeholder objectives are aligned. 
  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments and impact analysis to enable strategies and approaches smooth their transition to the new system.
  • Formulate and/or implement Change Management Strategies and Plans to enable effective execution of project deliverables including actions surrounding stakeholder needs.
  • Develop and implement communications and engagement plans to disseminate information about the change impact brought about by projects to internal and external audiences.
  • Develop and communicate project messages as various stages throughout the project.
  • Establish how the different groups will be impacted and develop a strategy to Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
  • Communicating with Senior Managers to keep them up to date with progress, issues and developments in change activities, providing appropriate briefing to enable them to make informed decisions about future activities. Communicating with staff affected by change to maintain morale and support for change.
  • Conduct a training needs analysis and manage the delivery of training (and/or training materials) required by end users. 
  • Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilisation and proficiency of individual changes.
