Our Client within the Aviation sector is seeking a highly motivated and engaging 1st & 2nd Level Support Analyst to join their team on a 6 month assignment.

Based at Mascot Airport with the run way on the doorstep, this role will see you working in a team of two supporting a team of 110 staff ranging from Back Office Staff to Management, Engineers, Ground Crew, Pilots and Flight Attendants.

To be successful in this role you will be a self starter who has the the ability to stand on your own two feet to prioritize your day along with demonstrating the initiative to research and resolve any technical issues you face.

Key skills required:-
  • Office 365, Windows, Active Directory, Exchange
  • Network and Internet support skills
  • Hardware and software installation and configuration experience
  • Solid problem solving skills
  • Engaging personality 
  • Ability to work independently
  • Passion for all things IT
