This role will see you working within a dynamic and collaborative team of Software Developers and Test Engineers who are responsible for the development of a global payments platform and fraud monitoring application. These systems process hundreds of millions of transactions per day.
As a dedicated Product owner, you will be responsible for improving business processes and working with the executives to drive this organisations product forward!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Product Managers and executives to understand the product road map
  • Conduct meetings with business teams to understand business requirements and translate them into user stories and Epics
  • Manage Product Backlog and work with managers to prioritize the user stories and Scrum team to elaborate the user stories
  • Perform reviews of the deliverables based on acceptance criteria
  • Act as a Liaison between Business and technical teams
  • Identify the project risks proactively and work with Technical Lead to manage the risks
  • Participate in team meetings, including the daily stand-up, iteration planning, team demo and iteration retrospective
Key Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner
  • 5+ years of experience in capturing Business Requirements and Functional Requirements including leading requirements workshop
  • Experience in leading the delivery of large scale complex IT solutions
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks
  • Contemporary Agile (Scrum/Kanban/LEAN/SAFe) Methodology experience
  • Must have strong experience in creating epics, features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Any experience in the financial or payments sector would be highly regarded.
