The world’s second largest provider of aid to vulnerable communities is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Technology Lead to lead, develop and implement effective digital growth strategies within an award winning team.

Reporting to the Head of Digital and CRM, this business critical career role offers a mix of both creative and technical responsibilities. Supported by a team of experienced marketing and communication specialists, you will have the opportunity to own your work and implement and deliver on set digital strategies and plans.

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong background in the following key areas:
  • Digital Leadership – Managing and maximising performance and functionality of digital channels and content creation, whilst determining and implementing appropriate metrics against agreed strategies.
  • Technical Implementation – Maximise user experience across all digital platforms, including designing and implementing testing and optimisation, and conducting technical analysis of channel and journey performance using metrics and agreed measures. 
  • Management of Digital Channels – Including, building pages and uploading content on websites; implementing, testing and optimising digital advertising; maximising SEO and referral, paid search and Ad Grants; and Email and Marketing automation activities including performance of eDMs. 
As this role requires someone to take on a fairly hands-on approach, strong exposure to CMS (Kentico or Wordpress), experience designing and developing websites utilising HTML, CSS, Javascript, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, wire-framing and prototyping tools, is preferred.

In addition to the above, you will possess strong organisational skills, perhaps gained from your previous experience in a Project Manager role, coupled with sound financial management and reporting experience.  Personally, you will need to value and act with integrity and humility, demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, and offer a clear passion for global justice.
