Responsibilities:
  
  • Liaise with and manage 3rd-parties (software vendors, systems integrators, contractors) as needed
  • Provide expertise, support and development for product development capability including new product introduction.
  • Provide domain and system expertise across entire project lifecycle from feasibility, evaluation, design, development through to implementation.
  • Assist with production of development estimates based on supporting documentation and past experience.
  • Assist in the preparation and documentation of program requirements and specifications
  • Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new products / applications
  • Support the design or modification of business systems or information technology (IT) for the Business IT systems
  • Design and document technical solutions
  • Document the functional and, sometimes, technical design of the system in compliance with the OB IT architecture
  • Interact with system architects and developers to ensure that the system is properly implemented
  • Meet quality and responsiveness expectations set by the Business
  • Work in accordance with the priorities set by the Business
  
Skills:
  • Experience in soliciting and documenting requirements, technical writing and document preparation.
  • Clear communication skills and strong English pronunciation.
  • Required to work Australian business hours when pre-organised such as system releases.
  • Experience with Jira, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Experience in conducting systems analysis using design methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • AMQP (prefer Rabbit MQ)
  • SOAP (WSDL)
  • JavaScript
  • Cisco CPO v3.5 + development experience
  • Cisco PSC v12 + development experience
  • PowerShell
  
Qualifications:
  
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required;
  • At least (2) years of relevant experience required
  • 1 year experience working with an agile methodology such as Scrum
  • Experience in Telco required
  • Experience in Telco provisioning/fulfilment desired
